1. At CJE 12 VOLT, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer a 30-Day money-back guarantee on our entire range of products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply contact us and return the item and we will gladly refund your purchase. We are committed to ensuring that you are happy with your investment in our products, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need any assistance or guidance. 

2. For all clearance items, we provide a 3 Months Warranty and all sales are final. If you need to arrange a return, please contact us using our Contact Form before sending the products back. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Form, which is necessary for processing your return. Please ensure that the products are in new condition, with their original packaging and accessories, and have not been damaged while in your possession. Please note that any loss or damage during transit is not our responsibility. 

3. If you are unsatisfied with your item, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange. In case the item is damaged or faulty, we may request photos to expedite the return process and improve our procedures. Please keep in mind that if the product is returned without packaging, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Delivery fees are non-refundable, and if no problem is found with the product, you may be responsible for transport or inspection costs. 4. Customers are responsible for shipping products back to our services center for warranty assessment. CJE 12 VOLT will cover the cost of sending out the repaired or replacement product once the warranty claim request is resolved. 

5. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date of authorization by CJE 12 VOLT.
